YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR SUCCESS!

The Finance Officer plays a critical enabling role in ensuring that AHF Philippines’ operations remain financially sound, compliant, and strategically supported, directly contributing to uninterrupted service delivery across all program sites. By leading financial planning, budgeting, accounting, fund management, and tax compliance, the position helps ensure that resources are available, well-managed, and aligned with organizational priorities and program goals.

Through strong oversight of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting processes, the role strengthens accountability, transparency, and informed decision-making across the organization. Its contribution to budget monitoring, cash flow management, financial analysis, and audit coordination reduces financial risk, improves operational efficiency, and enables timely adjustments that support program continuity and scale-up. By providing reliable financial data and decision support, the position helps leadership allocate resources effectively and sustain high-impact HIV, STI, and community-based interventions.

The role also reinforces institutional credibility by maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory, and AHF requirements, while building productive relationships with tax authorities, banks, auditors, and other key stakeholders. Through leadership in financial stewardship, systems improvement, and coordination across country office and program sites, the Finance Officer contributes to a more resilient, efficient, and responsive organization. Ultimately, the position supports AHF Philippines in expanding coverage, safeguarding resources, and delivering higher-quality, client-centered care.
