The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) programs in the Philippines. By assisting the Country Program Manager (CPM) and Program Officer, the Project Coordinator ensures smooth coordination of programmatic, administrative, and technical activities to achieve AHF's mission and goals.

 

In this capacity, the Project Coordinator works directly with the CPM, Program Officer, and relevant partners to strengthen program implementation, enhance service delivery, and expand AHF's impact across supported sites.

 

The Project Coordinator contributes to managing and coordinating HIV testing outlets, pre-ART/ART clinics, and partner organizations, and prevention strategies to ensure accurate program reporting, financial documentation, and monitoring and evaluation compliance. The role also involves assisting in training activities, site development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that all program activities align with AHF’s strategic direction.

 

Additionally, the Project Coordinator supports the CPM, Finance Officer, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer in administrative tasks, including preparing travel documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining record
